Plant source: Citrus aurantium, Rutaceae Citrus aurantium L. lime and its cultivars or dried young fruits of sweet orange.
Plant shape: This product is hemispherical, a few are spherical, with a diameter of 0.5 to 2.5 cm. The exocarp is black-green or dark brown-green, with granular protrusions and wrinkles, with obvious style remnants or pedicel scars. The mesocarp on the cut surface is slightly raised, 0.3-1.2cm thick, yellowish-white or yellowish-brown, with 1-2 rows of oil chambers on the edge, and the sacs are brown. Hard.
