Quality Control
The company has set up a separate quality management department and is operating normally. It has established a management system and quality standards for raw materials, auxiliary materials, intermediate products, finished products and non-conforming products, and quality management runs through the entire process of products from raw materials to finished products. A separate sample storage room is set up, managed by a dedicated person, and sample storage is carried out according to regulations to ensure product traceability. It has a dedicated R&D and inspection technical team, equipped with inspection equipment such as liquid chromatograph, ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer, analytical balance, gas chromatograph, atomic absorption spectrophotometer, etc. The inspectors are trained and capable of product technical requirements The prescribed items are measured. All manufactured products are in accordance with corporate standards, and each index of each batch is the actual value. Only after all inspections are passed can be released, and unqualified products are strictly not allowed to be shipped out of the warehouse.
